We do the best we can to safe guard your baby from fleas, disease, and stress.  If you ever feel we have not done this please let us know so we can make improvements.
For Day Care-We require that all dogs be fully vaccinated, spayed or neutered be non destructive and non aggressive to people and other dogs.
For Grooming-We require that all dogs be vaccinated ,non-destructive and non-aggressive to the groomer or at least controllable within reason.
For the safety of your pets and our groomers-Please inform us of anything we need to be aware of and please keep your pets on a leash, in a carrier or in your arms at all times when entering or leaving the spa.

We will do our best to work around some of the rules on a case by case bases, one of them being that dogs going only to the grooming department do not need to be spayed or neutered, but note that a female in heat or an overly sexual male will cost you extra.

For the safety and well being of everyone, ALL DOGS found to have fleas and/or ticks will be treated and charged according to the situation.

In order for us to stay on time we ask that you do your best to be on time for drop off and pick ups.  Failure to do so may lead to not having the time or room for your baby and or extra work charges (like day care or rush time).
  

As with any professional service we ask that you please give us 24 hours notice of cancellation so that we can give your spot to someone else. 
All of these requests will help keep prices and stress down for everyone.
